I trained at International Hotel School in both Culinary Arts and Patisserie — a dual foundation that gives me range across the full spectrum of a kitchen. From classical technique to showpiece pastry, from a canapé to a croquembouche. My practicals at Kream and The Toast Co. placed me in environments where the standard is non-negotiable.
Since qualifying in 2021, I've catered at institutional scale for Lesedi Municipality, served as a private chef for discerning Johannesburg households, and built a reputation built on one thing: I arrive with a standard, and I don't leave without it.

Nourish by Kamogelo is the wellness food arm of Akile. I prepare fresh, nutritionally considered meals and snacks off-site and deliver them ready to display and sell — with no kitchen overhead for the partner space. Currently in partnership with The Hyding Spa, Johannesburg.
I handle everything — sourcing, preparation, branding, delivery, and menu evolution. My partner simply stocks the display.
